Descrição:
The Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein (WASP) is the founding member of a family of proteins that have emerged as crucial effectors of Rho GTPases and activators of the cytosceletalorganizing complex Arp2/3. WASP has been shown to be intimately involved in many pathways that influence the function of the immune system. WASP-121 comprises the amino acids 201-321 of the native WASP sequence. This domain is essential for the binding of Cdc42 to WASP. The GST-Tag facilitates the protein`s application in typical GST pull down assays.
